HYROX is the world's fastest-growing fitness race, designed for everyday athletes and competitive competitors alike. Every official HYROX race follows the same standardized format — making it the perfect sport to train specifically for and track your progress over time. Whether you're chasing a podium finish or simply looking for a new fitness challenge, HYROX gives you a goal to train toward and a community to train with.

Every race consists of 8 rounds of 1 km runs, each immediately followed by a functional workout station, including:

  • Sled pushes & sled pulls
  • Burpee broad jumps
  • Rowing
  • Farmers carries
  • Wall balls
  • Sandbag lunges
  • And more!

Who is this class for?

HYROX training is open to all fitness levels. You don't need to have competed in a race — or even have one on your calendar — to benefit from this program. If you're looking to build endurance, improve functional strength, and train alongside a motivated community, this class is for you.

Classes are built to prepare you for the demands of race day — improving your running efficiency, functional strength, and the mental grit it takes to keep moving when it gets hard.
