Our CrossFit Classes are a form of high-intensity interval training (HIIT) with a focus on strength and conditioning made up of functional movement performed at a high level of intensity.
The CrossFit classes include:
- Powerlifting
- Olympic Lifting
- Body-Weight Movements
- Cardiovascular Training (rowing, running, stationary bike)
- Weighted Movements (dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, slam balls)
An experienced coach leads each class and is there to encourage and help you perform movements from beginning to end.
