About the gym

It's the best hour of your day. Everybody needs a Bonnie to their Clyde — someone to push you, cheer for you, and hold you accountable. That's what you'll find here. Nobody trains alone.

CrossFit Bonnie & Clyde is veteran-owned and has been part of the Colorado Springs community since 2017. Clint Jordan, a retired Air Force firefighter, and his wife Lisa opened the gym together — and yes, they're the original Bonnie and Clyde.

But the name means more than that. We believe everybody needs a Bonnie to their Clyde — someone who'll do anything for them, push them when it's hard, cheer when they win, and hold them accountable when they'd rather coast. That's what you become for each other here. Ninety-plus members strong, and every one of them knows the others have their back.

Our coaches are the heart of it. They learn your name, your goals, and what kind of day you're having before you've finished warming up. Whether you're a high schooler, a busy parent, a veteran, or someone who hasn't worked out in years, you'll be met right where you're starting — and you'll never train alone.
