I started CrossFit in the start of 2021 to help me get into better shape. Throughout the process I fell in love with the sport, and constantly continued to practice it.
I really got into CrossFit however, after recovering from a free-running/parkour injury. I was fresh off of being hurt and needed to get back into shape. After I was cleared to go back to physical activity, I signed up for CrossFit classes and instantly became hooked!
It really helped me progress in my other activities outside of the gym like hiking, running, climbing, and even my career in HVAC. I've always loved helping others learn and reach their goals, and that's what essentially lead me to become a coach!
