BoxFit Classes

Learn boxing and kickboxing techniques for a great fitness workout! The classes will include pad work, cardio, and core work! It's a fun, accessible, and stress-relieving way to train and improve overall health and fitness. The classes are non-contact and suitable for all abilities, skills, and fitness levels! You do not need to have boxed before!

"I started kickboxing as a teenager for stress relief and fitness.Fast forward to now, I bring with me 20 years of training, competing, and coaching experience in both boxing and kickboxing. lam a blackbelt in kickboxing and was a member of Team GB for 9 years, competing all over the world. I achieved many titles, including 9 X British Champion and World silver medalist. More importantly, I found a passion for fitness and overall wellness through my love of combat sports and absolutely love coaching others to have the same enjoyment. I have also worked at 2 Olympic’s in boxing and have a passion for supporting athletes."
